Handy Sandy 1 votesShe has insane mobility and damage. Since she builds lichbane now she becomes a very good splitpusher. Pre 6 Lb can easily get on Malzahar, post 6 idk she can probably just dash away from voidlings after she's ulted by him.

I figure chain would also be delayed past his passive's up time for the 2nd hit snare so his passive can't block that CC.
No clue why any of that makes her a counterpick though. I think she's just too strong and Malz too weak atm. Prolly all there is to it.
