Oh Rito, thank you for this gift of BC

You know Rito, you always know how to drag me back into this game. I got real disheartened at stuff a couple weeks back, Jarvan isn't really good anymore, what reason do I have to keep playing with all these fools who annoy me ever so much. Started playing MWO again just in time for the big Clans vs Innersphere duel-off, thought, why should I go back to LoL and it's Jarvan banning/nerfing scuzwads.

But then I took a look at this new Black Cleaver...

Oh boy Rito, you sure do know how to throw a Jarvan a bone.

You know, I've always loved building phage on Jarvan for the speed boost and the HP, but never really liked triforce because while I might get a nice power spike off it, if I can't turn that into a 5k gold advantage right quick, then I lose the game. What I REALLY needed was more armor pen so that my damage would remain relevant through out the game. And I always liked getting brutalizer for the CDR, but same problem, if I don't turn this into a lane advantage right quick then the enemy just builds a chain vest and I have a 1337 gold paper weight and no tankiness.

BUT WAIT! There's MORE because if I'm jungling, or just going smite/tp top lane (like literally every Jarvan should do always) then that 400 hp has a really really unbelievably epic synergy with cinderhulk. And if you go blue smite instead of silly red smite, then you get to go a million miles an hour in fights like you have ghost for free. And let me tell anyone who doesn't know, that a Jarvan with 550 move speed really doesn't need flash. He just doesn't. Also he has 20% CDR. That's a thing. Also with basically 3 offensive items he has 4k hp with a 5 item build.

Because balance is a fine and great thing to theorize about, but has absolutely no business being in Video Games. Am I Rite-o?

Seriously, tone this item back, make it more expensive, something, cause I'll have loads of fun stomping fools with this thing until they all catch on, but it can't be fun for them cause it's effin OP as balls.
