Who builds CDR on rumble?

The only CDR item I'd consider purchasing on Rumble is , beyond that, what items give CDR that fit with Rumble? this is doubly so because his kit is very anti-CDR oriented.

I don't like CDR on Rumble, it's useless a lot (only for the ult, but whatever). But his kit don't like CDR
