Skarner?
Has anyone else been seeing him lately?
Seen him a few times and in every match he has gotten excessively fed and been able to 1v4 and win.
Did something change that gave him a buff?

Skarner is one of those fan base champs. Like heimerdinger, he generally hovers at a normal winrate because he isn't actually weak. However due to the fact that the % of skarner players that are also skarner mains is so high, it boosts his winrate a lot. Add on to that the fact that most people don't know how to deal with him (because they rarely see him) and though just a meh champ, in the right hands he can take over games.
I play him pretty commonly.
I usually run warriors, black cleaver, tank. People usually underestimate him and feed him.
Makes it so you don't rely on his spires, but you're impossible to fight if you're in their zone.
Idk about the 1v4 but I've been playing him offensively a lot lately, bloodrazor into tri forice into titanic then tank last 2 items
His early game is pretty weak maybe he is suffering a crisis identity between Juggernaut and Vanguard, at the beginning of his last rework he starts performing as a Juggernaut but now is more effective as a Vanguard Tank, so is some kind of "crisis identity" In My Humble Opinion.
