His waveclear is awful with tiger and mediocre with phoenix. He doesnt take towers down that fast.... there are faster champs. Also he is not the best dueler in the game.
Is this viable anymore? Teemo and Shaco seem like the best split pushers to me.
i dunno i make a tf hyrbid on hit build and trust me on this who cares what my kda is lol, when i can push faster then there whole team combined its funny. i doubt anyone can push faster then this build i use hands down no one
