What if you removed Fiddlesticks' ability to fear basic lane minions?

Just saying... It's kinda annoying ulting into lane with flash only to fear a minion when you're clearly hovering over who you're ganking. That, or you could make it so that the minion dies from a heart attack.

Wait... what if Fiddlesticks' fear increased in duration if used while his passive is active?
