kassadin. kassadin is the cure vs aids. he spam his q to deny his q poke. at 3 you can just e and walk up auto i to dead. at 6 its gg just jump on top of him and auto him to dead. he has no way to deal with you. the medicine work wunders vs katarina also

It doesn't matter if Vladimir can't poke Kassadin, because Vladimir can outsustain him. Vladimir can purchase magic resistance and build as normal.
Without the silence there is nothing that Kassadin can do against Vlad, and to be honest, Vladimir is the best AP champion to use against Kassadin, and probably one of the few who can 1x1 him late game.

No kassadin win per 6 and at 6 he crush him. In dimond 2 elo at least. Kassadin just auto attac him to dead since kassadins all in is really strong vs mages

Kennen is pretty good vs Vlad; Vlad can't touch you at all; if they dive with the jungler, you can run with E or stun them. Your teamfighting is also stronger with the stun and if the Vlad is bad, he will get poked lvl 1-5 and have to recall.

compared to Vlad who has better teamfight, healing and almost no cds. Kassa is designed to 1shot people, you don't 1shot Vlad or Urgot (or Maokai, Alistar, Nautilus, Sejuani, Gragas, Gnar and the other fotm competetive picks ). If immobile, squishy mages become meta again, Kassa is a god. Gl picking him into Vlad, Swain, Ryze, Cho and company.
