Watched my brothe play Varus earlier.

I must say Varus is very lackluster, or at least that's what I've gauged from watching his gameplay. His wave clear is really good, his ability to gtfo with his ult is good but other than that he's just boring to watch and play as.

IMO he needs a new passive. One that will synergize better with his kit, because as it stands it's just lackluster and adds nothing really impactful to his gameplay. Something that is makes his skills have secondary effects when popping his Blighted Quiver at 3 stacks.

So something like this.

Q - If it strikes a target with 3 blight stacks the target has it's armor and mr reduced by 25% for 3 seconds. E - If it strikes a target with blight stacks it takes 1/2/3/4/5% of it's max health as magic damage over 5s per stack of blighted quiver. This damage is increased per level in E. R - If it strikes a target with 3 blight stacks the target is now stunned instead of rooted. (makes the runaans ult combo terrifying in a team fight)

Again this is just my opinion but Varus needs something to put him in line with the marksmen that are currently out. Especially since his best build path that maximizes his Q damage has been severely hit.
