@Riot Really hate that trolls in champion select has immunity from being reported.

Trolls either purposely troll champion select or threat to afk in game if they did not get the roll they want, sad part is Riot report team has done nothing in the last 5 years to even add a feature as simple as letting us report a player in champ select.

It's either you dodge the game and force to lose points where the troll will not get reported or punished since you can't report them unless you want to take up 30 minute of your life and submit a ticket or force to play with the troll if it's your promo and then lose full points to be able to report them.

Your report team hasn't even done anything ever since Lyte release the new report system which has been almost a full year? Let me tell you your feed detection is bad too. There has not been a single update to this system or even communication especially when a person can spam ping 10 times on me ever 5 sec and not be punished.
