I mean I agree, I don't think it's needed but think about like Ahri or LB, they're ult's are designed for either aggro and defensive play and that MS boost would help both of them out greatly. It'll help the likes of Diana, Syndra, Swain, Morg, Ekko, Annie, Akali, Fizz, Corki, Anivia, Nid, and Vlad to name a few. It's really not that bad actually now that I think about, specially on like I said, Ahri, LB, and Diana.

You know I don't think Riot doesn't want mages to be viable. I think Riot doesn't want mage COMPS to be viable (teams with multiple mages).
