Wow, all these quality of life changes might actually make Quinn feel good to play again! I loved her kit on release and I played her a lot, then I went pretty much cold turkey after they changed her ult, it always felt way more awkward to me. But now I'm thinking about picking her up again.

She's strong but is in a weird spot. Yeah I always liked her a lot.
The problem with Quinn ADC though, since she's short range with little pushing power, you're really under pressure to get a kill. If you can kill with Quinn consistantly bottom, you could main her ADC no problem. It's probably the best possible outcome for Quinn. With the buffs I'm really considering trying it.
She's... really unfair to lane against in top lane
She has a 53% winrate now, so as expected, making Quinn much easier to play made her overpowered.
