Does Bork's active even do damage anymore?
Even with Last Whisper and 6 stacks of BC, it feels like nothing.
I honestly didn't think nerfing the damage by a third would actually be that bad, but I guess it was.

Because posting about a year old damage change the day after a new patch is released makes everyone A) think you are referring to the patch, and B) is frankly stupid, as you are complaining ABOUT A YEAR OLD CHANGE.
