Patch 8.11 fucked this game...

Seriously though, It's like that every season, the patches rotate through each specific play style being completely useless and by worlds everything is as close to balanced as possible with a few things left open which are usually banned out or easily counter played by the class of players at Worlds.

Then the next season comes and a huge huge huge change is implemented and the chaos begins anew. Doomed to repeat itself. A never ending rotation of chaos.

8.11 did not fuck any game up, It simply shifted the playing field and you're still trying to play on the old playing field. League has always been about change and adapting. i highly suggest opening yourself up to new play styles you might learn that you actually enjoy them.

But yes, the true damage is quite high aha. Good thing there are so many flat HP items in the game that true damage cannot affect.
