Can any Riot Employee tell me if there are plans for a Wukong update?

I love this champion to death, I have played him for years, I own all but one of his skins (radiant Wukong) but he needs help. His passive at late game totals up to +40 mr and magic resist, which is not enough to stop an ADC or mage from completely murdering him. He is outclassed by J4 who performs his job of initiating much more reliably with multiple forms of cc (a slow, and a knock-up, is tankier with his shield, and has more guaranteed burst due to his q+e shredding their armor before he hits his passive as opposed to the opposite with Wukong where it's e+q(armor-shred). Vi who is another counter-part to Wukong has access to a %based shield, a knock-back and a knock-up-knock-down that is useful for not only getting to her target but clearing other opponents out of her way.

If I don't build death's dance on Wukong, I blow up in team-fights, because after the initial knock-up WHICH IS HIS ONLY FORM OF CC, I am extremely vulnerable and have to wait four whole seconds for my ult's damage to go all the way through. This means I am extremely item reliant for survival, not-to-mention damage. Without black cleaver, my ultimate's overall damage goes down significantly.

I also feel like Wukong suffers from a minor identity crisis. He has a passive that gives him bonus resistances based on the amount of nearby enemy champions. This does not go with a champion whose job is to assassinate squishy targets and be able to out-duel other fighters with his armor shred and attack speed buff. I'd much prefer something like J4's passive, where he is able to get off guaranteed %current health damage from his passive which makes him useful against squishies and tanky champions alike. I do not know how I'd feel about percentage health damage on Wukong when he is already an armor shredder, but something has got to be done for the Monkey King.

I honestly don't feel like he needs a full fledged rework, but he definitely needs something to bring up to speed, because right now he is severely lagging behind other champions who outclass him, and often times playing Wukong feels like a game of feast or famine, and when the famine hits, there is little to no coming back from it when games reach barely 20 minutes in.

So if a Rioter could PLEASE tell me something, ANYTHING about future plans I would love to hear about them. I already saw a topic about Udyr (another champion I play) asking for a status update, and they got one, so can I please get an update on this champion I love so much, or even get a hint at what the future holds for him.
