Looking at the akali mains reddit, we have had a very optimistic player that tryed to be positive on the akali changes.

I know I'm probably going to get downvoted into oblivion because of this, but I like these changes. They make you think more strategically. All I've ever seen Akali's do is run down the lane and smoke bomb when things seem like they might not be going anywhere. The smoke bomb was awful, because it just gave her cloaking and a slow in one move. Now you have to be careful with how you use it.

Master /diamond 1 since season 3 playing akali. In s3 she got gutted, but was still playable after the couldn't proc the q with e anymore. TODAY, Akali has been officialy murdered by those silver players from the balance team. This is the most ridiculous nerf I have ever seen. WHY THE HELL would you nerf a champ that is actually not viable on high elo because it's too underpowered? Why would they do that?

The fool who preached that the Kata update is horrible and later when it's horrible people just say "Sorry" ingame for my "loss", because they literally see the struggle how I do plays and even if I do it, it's still nothing because it's that useless this kit... They just counter me by clicking the movement key once... Seriously back in the days ppl needed CC to counter me, now the right click is my counter???????????? What world are we living in...
