Nunu buffs?

I just find it weird he hasn't got any buff yet since his maximum health base stat was nerfed then cinderhulk was nerfed then he got indirectly nerfed by them adding easier ways to get baron/dragon timers. So could he get atleast a small buff or just undo the nerf to his maxium health base stat.

Nunu needs a rework. His kit is kind of a mess and doesn't have any clear identity (His E also has a 1.0 AP ratio for a click ability that slows attack speed in addition to move speed, and has a fairly high base damage already.)
