Essence reaver no longer has mana - can the mana refund be modified by crits?

Essence reaver no longer granting a flat amount of mana hurts a lot, as the mana refund is miniscule. Could it once again grant more mana on crits?

old essense reaver used to only restore mana on critical hits (3%) compared to that the new essense reaver that restores mana on every hit (if i remember correctly) seems much better early/mid when you really need the mana and worse late. (when you dont really have mana issues)

New one restores 1.5% mana per hit.

yeh so the change should be a buff when you only have 25% crit, power neutral when you have 50% crit with the zeal item, and a slight nerf when you have 75% crit.

1.5% MISSING mana per hit. That is a large distinction. Crits used to restore 3% total mana on hit. This item is significantly worse than it was before for its intended purpose.
