Just realized what makes Phantom Dancer so overpowered

It's the only way to deal with THE STUPID MOTHERFUCKING, COCKSUCKING, RAGE INDUCING, ELO SHREDDING, CREEP BLOCKING CREEP BLOCK. Holy fucking shit trying to last hit at tower as a melee champion right now is just the fucking worst. I thought people were exagerating (sp?), but nope, this is the worst condition the game has been in in quite sometime.

Oh and you may as well afk if your ping is 170+
