Lee sin changes to make him better, and more healthy

lee sin has a lot going on in his kit, and always seems to be in the upper tiers of the game, despite his low win rate. He is also a lot of fun to play, and has a cool character design. I have a few changes that will hopefully make him less annoying to play against, but at the same time buff his overall power, so that his win rate can increase.

Q: Cooldown increased to 15/14/13/12/11 Q: Now refunds Half of the cooldown if it hits a target.

This change will greatly help lee sin's who are good enough to land Q's consistently, but also allow for counterplay, by making it harder for lee to initiate if he misses his Q

W: Base Shield ammount increased to 80/105/140/175/200 from 40/80/120/160/200

The old shield hardly did anything at all until upgraded. The better shield will allow lee to save teammates, and survive longer in the early jungle. Without buffing his late game

E: No longer has a cast time and can be cast while moving

This will further reward lee for landing his Q, or finding other methods of getting close to an enemy. This will help him stick to his targets

R: Knockback distance lowered to 1000 from 1200 R: Knockback on inital champion hit duration lowered to .75 seconds from 1 second R: Knockup on additional champions hit increased to 1.5 from 1 second

Lee sin's R is in a weird spot right now, as it offers 0 counterplay for the first champion hit, but tons of counterplay to additional champions who are hit with the projectile. This change would give less punishment to the first champion hit, but more punishment for those who had a chance to dodge it. This rewards lee sin also, as he can now knock up multiple people for longer, if he is skilled enough to land the Ult's skillshot.

Thanks for reading, and I hope you agree with the changes. Give feedback below in the comments section.

I agree with everything you said except for his shield. Idk if it's a good idea to double that at lvl 1

Screw him. He's being played less for the first time since, well probably ever, and I for one am still glad to be rid of him.

From a guy who plays Lee Sin whenever possible this looks pretty solid. The funny thing is though, there have been no "NERF LEE SIN no SKILLZ" "MUH Q" threads in a while. The sheep just love jumping on the bandwagon to try and get him nerfed...

This has been one of the only times he isn't god tier in their jungle. Lee Sin still has ridiculous utility and extreme ganking, but tanks shined more. He needed time out of the spotlight, doesn't mean he still isn't overloaded as hell.

Yet still sitting at a ~20% overall pick rate, at first place.

And also one of the lowest win rates of any champion.

Don't recall mentioning win rates, simply pointing out, "tanks" didn't replace him like people claim.
