all these champs getting buff yet shen is getting nerf
i mean for god sake teemo got minor change, skarner got minor change and huge buff. yet shen still sucks and has no potential to carry.

Shen will never be strong or have carry potential, cause his R is way too powerfull in competetive scene, so rito can't make him strong just like that.
