I mean serious question now. Tried it in the practice tool and with IE you get most AD out of any items since it also grants crit chance.
Is there any other item in particular Jhin needs right now?
Or maybe 3 and

Building attack speed on Jhin allows him to get extra movement speed when he crit. On top of that, Attack speed and critical strike increase his attack damage. There is absolutely no reason of not getting Rapidfire canon or any zeal upgrade items.

It's really inefficient though. He'll take ER after it gets a buff.
