LB and Riven both buffed, no nerfs to Mundo, the catfish, or soraka.

Fuck you - Riot games Jan 2016. I even kinda understand why they haven't nerfed Kindred yet, they gave her infinite sustain cause they wanted to force a generic ADC to jungle to give her some kinda identity and she's been god tier since release but they haven't sold enough skins yet but common, nobody wants to play against Soraka, nobody.

Well Riven is rather shitty right now so buffing her is justified.

When the enemy Riven goes full AD she's tankier than she is in the normal build.
