HUD Recommendation

Hi Riot,

I just noticed one somewhat annoying thing about the new HUD is that when you level up, those little plus symbols pop up for you to click. The issue is that even if the skill is max rank, the little symbol still pops up - but it is grayed out. While the grayed out is clear, I think its annoying and takes up unnecessary space on the screen when you have plus symbols pop up for skills that you cannot level.

Definitely not the end of the world and it may have been changed by now already, but I just felt like telling the world my OCD HUD issues.
