Kog'Maw Move Speed

Kog'Maw has a base move speed of 325 (one of the lowest of all ADCs). Item wise he gains 45 flat move speed from Berserker Greaves, 5% from Triforce and 7% from Runaans. This totals out to 415 move speed and an additional 10-30 from Rage (Triforce passive).

CC wise, Kog'Maw doesn't really have any. One can argue that E slow is substantial (base move speed * (1-% MS reductions)) but turns out to be negligible due to it being maxed last. Maxing it last means that Kog'Maw doesn't have a reliable CC source for disruption. Statistically it is negligible due to the condition of the advancing champion. If we restrict champions to ADCs we can eliminate some variables. Typically ADC obtain double crit and Berserk Greaves which would end up being (325+45)(1+.5)(1+.7)(1-.20) = 332 at rank 1 and 207 at rank 5 (but due to the soft-cap on MS reduction is comes out to be 214). 214 is very slow but this excludes any gap close and extra move speed from passives/actives. Might I also add that E lasts for slows initially for 1 second and persists for 4 seconds. An additional slow is applied after leaving the zone for .25 seconds. The ooze is easy to avoid because of its awkward execution and is typically misplaced.

Every ADC (besides Kog'Maw and Urgot [ though many would argue he is no longer considered an ADC]) has some sort of Move speed buff or debuff. Whether that may be a skillshot, point and click, trap, or dash.

It has a very good reason. Even wondered why he has so slow movement speed/no escape? I believe that Riot even said why he is so immobile. And yes, I found it - "high-powered artillery void puppy. Properly protect him, and he'll wreck any team."

Kog'maw is a hyper carry. Literally a hyper carry. He can kill entire enemy team in few seconds. If you wish to fight him and his team, you need to kill him before he kills you all. If they want to fight you, kill him before he kills you all or run and lose an objective. Now imagine if he had escape or something. He could just retreat, kill you and get back to fight again. He is meant to be immobile due to his kit and he needs someone to peel him so he can destroy enemy team. He is even rewarded for staying still with incredible damage.

And that is why he can't and won't get increased base movement speed/disengage or anything like that. He was made to be like that.

Then max E second. What are you trying to say here? Kog'Maw is about damage, not CC or mobility.
