Why the hell is Singed not Tier 1 on VGU list??
Champion fucking sucks balls and is cancer and no one plays him, I was shocked on that long list of reworks he wasn't there.

he is unhealthy for the game. Just look at Singed compared to real top laners like Gnar, Kennen, Jayce. I was so fucking mad when they announced KENNEN is slated for a VGU like fucking why??

He only does damage if you chase him, or if he gets close to you. Hes item dependent and relies on the stupidity of his enemies.
