Can swain jungle work?

I've tested out a few variations of swain jungle as with the new buff to his jungle clearing and Nerf to the only thing swain was ever good at (his q damage) it seems that he can only be played as a jungler now.

Currently im useing ap quints and glyphs attackspeed marks and armor seals.

You run gragas jungle masteries and build.

It works best if you start on kruggs side (without a leash) and start kiteing all of the camps to take as little damage as possible. Around the time that you get 2 points in your q and you generally are able to actually farm well. Is it possible that in a more refined build this could flat out work?
