I mean, having an overall of 120 damage for an ultimate is kinda.....well not appropriately balanced compared to a lot of people's ults. It is a single ult taret which typically have higher base damage. Even multi target ults like Lux and Brand have significantly higher base damage. It would be nice if he got at least some of his what used to be 450 base damage back.

I think if he AA'd people he ulted, it would make him a lot more effective. It would allow him to apply Sheen, and take full advantage of the fact that he's Crystal Charged while suppressing someone.

Tune it up to 150 wouldn't be bad imo. He can also be very oppressive and hard to deal with to.
I know little of him and how much a change 30 damage to his ult will do. Not a lot I think. It's safe.

Q no longer gives stacks to movement and attack speed. Loss of damage W no longer gives bonus to attack speed. Loss of damage. E base damage went from 80/120/160/200/240 to 20/40/60/80/100. (stun still procs the same damage) R base damage went from 150/300/450 to 120/240/360. Loss of damage.
You surely must be joking when you're telling me even after losing ALL that damage he's still the highest?
