I feel like different evolves are actually viable now. By changing Q from more damage to less cooldown it means that you don't always need it if you believe you can kill without needing multiple Qs. I love evoling R first because it works so well at all stages of the game. Mid game teamfights, especially in the jungle or so fun because you can stealth and get around really fast. I might try more aggressive early game counter jungling soon by evolving Q first but damn R evolve is so fun!

Khazix is completely busted right now, Q evolve can obliterate jungle camps and baron/dragon, with max cdr his Q has basically no cd against isolated target.

The change didn't make his other choices more attractive at all, you would still go QER or QRE evolve, it is just flat out buffs onto his QWR.

Q evolve is only useful if you're finding isolated targets or are ABLE to make plays for dragons and counter jungle/invade early game. Reason being is that it only decreases CDR against isolated targets.

Yah, Q is only useful on isolated targets, but hey blue red gromp and scuttle dragon baron are all isolated!

also unless you are rengar it is basically impossible to 1v1 Khazix in the jg.

Yeah, are you doing Gromp 24/7 and doing Red and Blue 24/7? Sure it increases clear speed for those camps but their are still everything else. Also against most competent enemies you won't be able to solo drag. Getting dragon after winning a teamfight and doing it with our team, sure you'll do it faster but that doesn't matter either because you have your team to help you.

you can literally solo dragon in 15 seconds at lv6, what do u need a team for?

you wont be fighting isolated camps 24/7. but 4 out of the 7 camps are born isolated and wolf camp can be easily isolated since small wolfs are super squishy. once you get a Tiamat you can literally wipe any camp in 5 second because how strong the isolation cd refund is.
