Still waiting on riot to Kogmaw Soraka's 2 second cooldown god mode
Real talk. It's so obnoxious seeing her cast heal 5 times in a row and still have like 80% her health because she hit her mile wide Q on ANYTHING.
She is by far the most toxic support in the game.
She needs a multiplicative increase on the cost of her heal per cast that drops off after at least 6 seconds.
It is the strongest heal in the game EVEN IF IT WAS a 8 second cooldown heal like everyone else. THe fact it is 2 seconds is even more reason to be royally pissed off.
