Why does jg have such high impact on bot lane now?

This is getting on my nerves lately, i'm not sure if it's because LeeSin Elise Shaco are meta or something, but it seems that almost every game i play bot, the lane gets decided by a lvl 2-3 gank from the jg, either mine or theirs.

It honestly ruins my desire to play bot, because what happens is one lane gets an early gank, the jg seems to always secure the double, and that bot ends up winning the lane after the snowball. When i'm the one getting a free win like that, i get bored because i feel like the other laner now has no chance to make a come back until way latter in the game, and when i lose lane like that i just get frustrated. I'm not sure what changed, maybe itemization, but the jg seems really fast right now and i just see lanes getting camped and repeatedly killed, it's boring.

Because early game, dragon is far more valid of an objective than Rift Herald.

More gold/xp and sustain(from smite). So they hit 3 pretty health. And as such ready to gank. Before squish jungles like that didn't. So they had the choice to gank at low mana and 60% health(risky). Or continue farming/back.

There is just a lot more to be gained down there. Turret first blood is easy to grab with 3 people against the unfortified botlane turret. Dragon is down there. Double kill potential for snowballing. Doesn't help that Rift Herald just isn't interesting enough to risk taking.

I'm hoping something changes up, I want the clown fiesta out of my lane.

Firstly I want to point out that both Shaco and Elise got either got indirect or direct hits during the preseason (Elise is a single target clearer, hit by the krug/raptors change, Shaco is selfexplanitory).

Ganking bot has always had high impact because it has two people to give an advantage too and dragon.
