Losing due to game not loading in

It's been now 4 years of this garbage... I play this game, year after year, season after season, patch after patch and shit does not change. If I could count how many games I have lost due to not loading in to the game, the screen freezing, or only connecting when the enemy is already 3 lvls ahead, I would have quit playing this game. I actually did in season 6, I got tired of my rank fluctuating in and out of gold because of 4v5's or my game not connecting, so I deleted my old account and changed my mind months latter, im just to attached to this game, because when it works its fun as hell. I'm not even complaining about feeders, trolls or bad teammates, that's not even a problem I have with the game to often. My problems are mostly technical, and losses due to bs like not connecting. I have switched pc's 3 times over the past 4 years, and these aren't cheap computers either, my internet is also pretty good, so why doesn't my game connect from time to time? It's frustrating as all hell, and you may say -"this could happen to the enemy team to, so it evens it out". No it doesn't! The point isn't just the LP I lose or gain, do you think I like it when the enemy team has a dc? Please man, I know I'm not amazing at the game, I don't care that much about freelo...What I care about is, if im going to park my dick here for 20m-1h this better be a good fucking game, and a 4v5 is a god damn snoozefest, I dont care to win like that, I just want to have fun...And loading in to the game 5-10m late isn't fun, it means you legit already lost and you're gonna get flamed all game. Since this client update, that's suppose to make things better, this is still happening to me and opponents, I'm frustrated....Has nothing to do with my rank these days, has to do with working full time and having only a select amount of time to play, and when you play, you often have it ruined by a 4v5 or for me the game not loading. And now Im put on low priority Q too ,fun. (yes ive tried the 1mil fixes over the years, shit just happens from time to time, and to other people obviously, because I win a lot of 4v5's too, and that's just boring, patronizing).
