Zed tips? Also what to build?

I've been gone for a while, 9 months about. I really want to play zed well, I've played him off and on since release, but he's just one champion I can't get ahold of. What are some tips, and build tips? I'm a plat3 player atm.

Don't play him if you wanna win

but if you're serious about it play around with summoner 1

solves the whole problem of exhaust , assuming you can snowball lane without summoner 14
