Does crit damage double Irelia's true damage?

As far as I'm aware there isn't a single damage boosting or damage negating effect that alters true damage. True damage does the exact amount of damage it says every time.

Its an on-hit effect an afaik they dont get affected by crit. Only the ad part of the basic attack gets affected by the crit (except when its written down in the ability description of course)

The only amped crit true damage was Camille's Second Q cast on release but that was changed so it wouldn't be an abuse case.
