Is zeke harbinger a must build on supports?

Person who was fed told me to build it when I said I don't like it. I bought it cause I listen to good people but is it a must buy on every support?

I would say you wouldn't buy if you were a tank support. But otherwise someone like Bard or Sona could make good use of it, as they have AP scaling and mana issues early on. Plus, they auto attack for some of the burst parts of they're kit, so they could actually take use of that crit chance.

Lol item 3050 doesn't even come close to coming close to fixing Sona's mana issues.

You build it if;

Your carry loves to crit
You want some AP, armor, mana, and CDR
You have a high AP carry you can stick next to (you don't always have to use it on the ADC)
You don't need another item

If the stats are crap for me and I need to build an Aegis first for example, I'm not getting it (at least not early), especially if my ADC isn't getting IE to further boost the crit effectiveness. If my ADC is not getting many auto attacks in for whatever reason, I have less of a reason to pick it up.

In the end it's greatest to support a snowballing ADC.

Looks like you mainly use Braum, so the AP isn't important, but if you already have Frozen Heart and need more of those stats it's a great option imo.

It's a must buy if your ADC is good/carrying and has built IE and is positioning well to get lots of autos off in teamfights (and isn't getting caught). There's probably no other item in the game that can have as large an impact on a teamfight as this item.

It's a no-go if your ADC is bad, not carrying, getting caught, etc... Why boost your ADC's offense when they're assassinated off the start of the fight and you get almost nothing to show for it? Or even if they're not dying, but they're at 50cs at 25 minutes and hence are pretty far behind item-wise and even with the added crit they're not doing any real damage.

Overall it's a big impact item though. It's in the same boat as Mikhael's. If it seems like your teammates will benefit from it (e.g. for Mikhael's if the enemy has targeted hard cc, please get it!) you should build it. If it doesn't look like it will do much, don't and instead build something that will (a Banner of Command will provide Aegis' MR on top of auto-pushing a lane for you, a frozen heart will lower the enemy ADC's attack speed even if they're not attacking you, etc...).

it depends who the adc is . no if your corki or ez yes to everyone else. i get banner of command in liue of zekes

I'd say it's one of the best support items, but it requires you to stick to your ADC. Obviously not all the time but you should still be building stacks before starting a teamfight
