Darius has a early game nerf late game buff, they are removing his lane bully to make him a "team fighter" which from what i can tell isn't going to work still since same old issue of not enough damage or tanky enough to do anything still plagues him on top of no longer doing mixed damage so build armor against him and watch him fall off super hard now

Darius mid game is a lot stronger than it was before and his early is slightly weaker

I don't think it's as bad as you say it is

The thing i hate is the fact that riot GAVE the enemy a reason to shut down a skarner ASAP, free vision and gold, and set skarner back as if his clear isn't gunna be worse enough without the stun of old passive. Of course that isn't taken into account as there is no indication as to when the points can be captured, as the 35% AS buff could be the make up for it. ALL I ASK is that they have longer the 10 freaking seconds before they can be captured, 30 at least. because all they have to do is wait for you to back and LOL, free gold and vision YEY. Or make the gold crap like 5 gold, because I think its 15 currently (could be wrong)

Now he has to manage jungle clears and the spires, which means his gank pressure falls, as if someone knows hes top, take the dragon spire.

I stopped playing a long time ago. Only reason I came back was because of bilgewater event. As soon as it's over, I'm gone again.

his Q now has a delay, and his W is trash

only his passive and ult got buffed

His Q heals him for 30% of his health and the penalty for missing it with the handle is being reduced. that sounds pretty stronk.

Darius might SEEM like an OP now champion but you're leaving out something important:

His Q at level one does a whopping 85 less damage at level one and 215 less at level 5

And as an honorable mention his ult does 60 less damage at level 1 and 40 less damage at rank 3

I used to play him a lot because of his amazing early game but 85 less damage at level 1 is a very big deal and no one seems to care

Other things: -Base attack speed and scaling atk speed have been reduced -Passive does less damage -Passive now does physical damage(rather than magic) making it easier to itemize against darius's damage as a whole -Passive no longer gives movespeed -W slow is shorter -W no longer reduces Atk Speed -W no longer gets a lower cooldown from already having stacks on target -E can no longer be used to pull someone if they have dashed away during the cast time - (HUGE Nerf vs mobile top laners^)
