W RNG always giving her huge advantage for playing shoving lane and wait for the summoner spell minions. QE Has a super fast missile speed, Uninteractive gameplay. Stay behind minions? still get hit by her AOE Q Damage.

The problem is that missing your spell should not be rewarded, ESPECIALLY when she already has a hit-confirm reward via a soft reset. You can't just have it both ways.
In fact, it's not just both ways, it's far more than that: Her E on top of a fucking 2 second stun, is a trap when you miss, has a hit-confirm soft reset, has range extension when hit terrains, and fucking a debuff that makes the target take double damage. What in the actual fuck, why does anyone think it's okay to have all these shit in 1 single spell that even in its bare minimum is already on the same of good level as Morg's Q?
There is a VERY BIG difference between being high skill and outright having so many more options than your opponents.There is nothing about having skill when your champ literally has more vastly more solutions than your opponents. This is literally no different to beating someone with extreme raw stats, ie your buzzwords like "uninteractive", because what a shocker, utility is a fucking stat and having too much of it also means they're just OP. They are both winning by sheer definition alone, and they are both not okay.
Stop using buzzwords to defend broken picks and/or designs (if the borkedness stems from the core of the champ). Having too much utility, vastly more packed than your average joe, is also 1 way to be OP.
Not only that, it's not even that she is lacking in the raw stat department to make up for it too. Have you actually try eating her Q before? Holy mother of god, the fucking damage. Her power budgeting is definitely off by a VERY long shot.
So it's "high skill" to be statistically broken on both raw stat and utility? Really? That's why the game's balance is so fucking broken, because of pool sods like you who only believe the true balance is to balance this game in the worst ADD/ADHD way possible. It's almost like pwning inexperienced and/or bad players of champ X doesn't mean that champ themselves can't have issues, and that because you work well against champ X with champ Y it isn't impossible for champ X to still be a massive balance problem on their own.
