Ban pantheon or gank the crap out of him when he gets picked. He is obnoxious and destroys basically every top lane pick while being as easy as garen. He snowballs out of control off the smallest advantages and they are advantages that aren't hard to obtain for him.
If you want your top laner to actually have a sliver of fun and not be feed, you should probably ban pantheon.

O path can't do anything but maybe poke but then i heal :) 
100% hard counter has a shield for his poke you can't all in him do to passive armor and his level 6 ganks beat yours. 
try to burst me down post 6 i dare you and heals for free so no poking

Chend1 votesTryndamere Jax Irelia jayce and Kennen all get fisted by pantheon. Darius is a skill matchup yorick is a terrible champion all around. Cho mundo are skill matchups as neither will most likely kill the other and malphite is the only counter here.

Good pantheons just stay in a minion wave and Q you off cool down. You could probably cleaver farm with mundo and not feed but
not everyone wants to play mundo or malphite (who is perma banned anyway)
he will just roam and snowball other lanes
A champion as dominant as pantheon in lane shouldn't have so much global pressure/semi global pressure.
BluePolarizer1 votesif he roams and fails even once, he'll lose enough cs to where he can't deal with you anymore. Even if he succeeds, you can make him lose alot of cs with proxy farming. All you really need to do is not feed as Mundo and you'll naturally outscale him.
