Anyone else getting distorted sound after playing some games?

I don't know if its just me, but legit since a few patches ago this always happens

When i first Log in and go in lobby to play/get in chmp select, everything is normal and fine. After playing or more games, the next time i go in lobby/chmp select the sound is a little distorted/slow downed.

However after every consecutive game the distortion gets worse and worse until i literally just hear an ungodly slow bizarre champ select music. It gets so bad that there is literally no music. Just a weird slow muffle that sounds like something from hell and when one someone picks a champ, insta ear rape.

Not only does it affect chmp select but simple things as clicking the play button is just plain weird. Only way to reverse these effects is to close client and log back in.

I thought this would fix itself but its been happening since a few patches now. anyone?
