Champions like Gangplank, Kennen, Singed, etc., likely aren't going to see reworks or improvements for a while, and I'm doubtful if they will ever get reworked due to others butting in front of them in the priority line.
Thus begs the question: When will such Champions EVER become a priority? Only if they become FotM? Or will they be quietly removed from League at some point due to toxicity?

Should you really expect every champion to get periodic re-works?
There's plenty of games that remain very fun with high replay value that just designed all their content at release and then didn't look back. Also - Riot took multiple years to get around to the Hiemerdinger rework.
You may as well assume no champion is getting a rework and just learn to deal with the existing content.
darkdill1 votesYes, we should, if those Champions become completely unviable or have some useless mechanic. Gangplank's Raise Morale comes to mind. Too boring, invisible power, no gameplay.
