Sona re-rework in an attempt to have actual auras
Sona, ever since her rework has been in an odd place, its obvious that she was intended to be an aura champ with team utility, but after her rework her auras aren't really auras and they are more of a aoe active with "burst" affects for her allies. The problem however was with her old auras, they made her feel very un-interactive and all you really had to do was keep them all active and hide in a bush while poking with Q power chord. So this pseudo rework attempts to fix some of that un-interactiveness while making her abilities actual auras.
Be aware that there is no way to test these numbers so consider these placeholders
Passive - Power Chord: Upon activating an aura Sona gains a bonus effect on her next basic attack and a weaker bonus effect for every 5th auto attack.
Staccato (blue): 1st hit: +30% AP magic damage on hit. Every 5th: +15% AP magic damage on hit.
Diminuendo (green): 1st hit: enemies deal 20% (+ 2% per 100 AP) less damage for 5 seconds. Every 5th: enemies deal 10% (+1% per 100 AP) less damage for 3 seconds.
Tempo (purple): 1st hit: enemies are slowed by 40% for 3 seconds. Every 5th: enemies are slowed by 20% for 3 seconds.
Here's where it gets interesting, her new auras are toggles (don't worry they still proc sheen) while toggled on they consume 8 mana per second, this cost increases by 4 for every second its active (we'll call this mana acceleration). When toggled off they go on a fairly long cooldown (10 or more seconds to prevent spamming them on and off for free sheen procs) but their mana costs remain increased (represented by "stacks" for each individual aura, each stack adds +4 to the mana cost), every 2 seconds that the song is not active one stack is removed (thus reducing the mana cost by 4). This encourages using all auras for equal amounts of time instead of purely focusing on one aura because if you do you will run out of mana much faster. Also the auras don't stack anymore like they used to (you can't have all 3 up at once).
Q - Hymn of Valor Sona and her nearby allies deal an additional 10/15/20/25/30 (+10% of Sona's AP) magic damage on their basic attacks and single target spells.
W - Aria of Perseverance Sona and her nearby allies receive a shield that absorbs 100/150/200/250/300 (+ 50% of Sona's AP) and they recieve +25/35/45/55/65 (+15% of Sona's AP) bonus health regen per 5 seconds and reduces incoming damage by 5%.
E - Song of Celery Celerity
Sona and her nearby allies receive an initial burst of 30/40/50/60/70% (+2% per 50 AP) movement speed that decays over 3 seconds down to 8/11/14/17/20% (+1% per 50 AP) movement speed for the duration of the aura.
R - Crescendo (unchanged)
