Can we please improve the recommended items tab?

When I was a new player I relied on what was in that tab heavily. When I take a good look at it recommends now I feel confused. For example I see that it recommends Anivia to build Rylia's and Malzahar has Ludens listed as essential. Now I know I'm not the end all be all of what to build but I can say with out a question that this is bad advice. I know there are other examples of bad items being recommended but those 2 really stick out to me. Players who don't know could be setting themselves behind with bad choices purely because they don't know that what Riot put on that tab isn't a good way to build.

Sorry if there is some strange English in this post my phone is acting up when I try to type. Jumps around and randomly capitalizes things, not to mention auto correct.
