Neeko's Balancing

Hi, I've tried Neeko a bit on PBE and her numbers are overtuned, but besides that, her kit is surprisingly balanced, more so than most things this year. Just, please Riot, balance her on PBE and she'll be fine on release, I dont want to go through a year of nerfs, parts of kit being removed, buffs, and complaints like Zoe. She has potential to be balanced and I just dont want to keep adjusting every single patch for a while, cuz I love her kit and I'm going to play a lot of her.
