Just a question.

I was looking at Jinx's Q. Now dont get me wrong i think Jinx is sexy as frick and i love her character. But who created the Numbers for this?

Never in my life would i agree that "We will make her Longer ranged aoe auto attakc do 10% more dmg and allow crit is balanced, If anything an AOE should be Weaker since it adds so much range. Many of you will say "But it has mana cost and bleh bleh" it is a very small cost of mana for such a high rewarding ability.

Late game you dont even use QMinigun anymore because you will be doing some real nice Critty long ranged Splash dmg to enemies
