One thing I did like about ADC changes

The build order of stormrazor. Its such a good rush item, not just for the early game effectiveness of the item itself, but that you can build both AD and attack speed and have choices based on how much money you backed with. Its a good change over if you wanted to rush to build a completed item first you had to be either going AS/crit or AD through pretty much whole lane phase.
