Why isn't Vlad getting nerfs?

Idk if he has been nerfed, or is getting nerfed on the pbe, but seeing the worlds focused patch notes, I find it odd that Vlad isn't on the list. This could be a knee jerk reaction to this CLG vs. IMT game though.

Because he was just nerfed the last 2 patches and is at a 40% win rate.

He's working in the LCS due to his saftey and utility. Most meta professional mid lane picks consist of mages that can control teamfights which vlad is perfect at.

Unbelievably safe laning phase as long as you're not an idiot.

Has great scaling with a mixture of AP and HP doing wonders for his kit.

And can easily turn a teamfight with his ult.

Which is why Shen is getting nerfed but the Boards likes to overreact like a bunch of cry babies. This isn't going to affect Shen in solo que anyway. Shen is going to dominate LCS and Worlds if they don't nerf.

It is (Plat/Dia), but we just had a worlds patch with no Vlad nerfs.

Unicorns of Love also regretted letting Ryu to get his hands on Vlad today. Deeply.

If he stays like that till worlds, it's going to be League of Vlad.

Vlad should get nerfed. Hard. I'm sorry for Vlad players in ladder, as he is at low winrate already, but it's nobody's fault that they can't git as gud as pros.

There are nerfs on pbe for him, but again they are nerfing completely wrong things. Like a 1-2 second on E will make him less toxic. Maybe it's his fucking 1k++ healing and his E having hp scale so he can be built tank and do dmg. How about they change his hp scaling and reward his AP builds more, or balance his Q more so that his normal is isn't garbage and then crimson rush q op... nahhhhhhh, let's just make his pool cd 2 sec longer. hehe xd

i mean. thats how its balanced. he gets 2 garbage heals which is your window to kill him. but if you fail he is rewarded with a massive heal. he was given a clear point of weakness with his rework. even though i think the way they did it is quite toxic. old vlad was better IMO. he may have healed just as much but at least you wouldnt be surprised when he suddenly healed 50% of his missing hp in one q

Yep, that was their way of giving him counterplay.. but also for me at least, he is so clunky, fuck his normal q and his e not hitting everything in range. I hate when a champ has something OP, so in return he has to have something shit. And I really don't get why they gave him hp scaling on his E, I mean do you want him to build tanky and get dmg ? + his heals, how is that less toxic than the old vlad, I don't get it, just remove the hp scale, give him more ap building reward and thats it jesus christ, not some bullshit 2 cd on pool or E. They don't want to admit rework was shit again or what.

old vlad was less toxic because while his healing was alot. it was CONSISTENT. and consistent bullshit is always more tolerable then a massive gigantic burst of bullshit

also i know what you mean about clunky. i feel like if any person has half a brain there is never a reason why they should eat a 3rd q or a full E.

tjis one leblanc i was against tried to cheese my jungler at his blue i walked over to her and started qing and AAing her. she ignored me because level 1 vlad is useless. but then i got the 3rd q off and suddenly its like a quarter of her health gone in one q she instantly Wed and went and fucked off from my jungler

Have u ever played tankvlad? The only thing that matters at that point is his ult, otherwise hes worthless. They changed his passive ratios a while ago to punish health/resistance stacking and reward hp/ap stacking.
