Everyone I ask in-game thinks that changing Irelia's ultimate to heal based on enemies hit (instead of damage dealt) would be a good change. Bring it up on the forums, however... no one even acknowledges it.

They do. They do this for every balance change that goes out. The fact is that all of their testing in the lab or on the PBE just can't predict how it will actually play with real players on live servers. There are too many factors to try and balance for.

darkdill1 votesSo this change could shift her around a bit so at least one part of her, lane sustain, is less obnoxious, but make her healing better in a team fight. With such a change, you'd be able to push an Irelia out of lane more easily even if she can ult.
Catastrop1 votes#Better Nerf Irelia Memes aside , Irelia is like the child Riot wishes they had aborted because of how toxic she can be if they're not too careful with buffs and nerds. Needless to say, I see rework for her after Yorick, as it would accomplish more than just tweaking her kit.
