why would you ask for veigar buffs?
its like asking do you want to be one shot around mid game if he games well.

grimphoenix1 voteswe arent asking for "buffs" specifically, he just feels amazingly unfun to play compared to how he was before he had his q and stun changed, he feels unpolished and unfun, he feels weak, and he just isnt good. what people are asking for is quality of life changes, that is what he needs, and maybe a buff in the form of TAKING OFF THE DAMN DELAY ON EVENT HORIZON! (ahem sorry got a bit mad there) but he has a next to useless ability that used to be his highlight, he has a q that while good feels horrible to use, he has a time delay aoe on one of the longest delays in the game thats next to impossible to do without the stun, and good luck ever hitting the stun with almost a full second delay and a tiny effective area, and a great ult.
