If you're not fixing Hexdrinker you're not fixing any burst mages in the game

Seriously this item is such a duel changing items, even if you're behind this item is as strong as Guardian Angel. This item needs counterplay ways of getting around that item, if you give an exemple of Banshee, you can get around it by popping the bubble but compared to hexdrinker there is no way to track when it's up or when it's down or who popped it.

Doesn't matter if you give % AP ratio to any burst mages you're not fixing their killing potential or punishing bad positioning squishy champions.
