what was the thought behind the double nerf to teemo's shrooms?

i believe it was to give him more things to do during team fights. also it helps him set up a death bush easier if he doesn't have to leave the bush to set shrooms.

i dont feel like it has accomplished giving him more in teamfights because the shrooms have no survivability to AoE during arm time and get squished like everyone that's played teemo since the change. if they dont die, they take so long to arm, everyone can get out of range, even the anivia in her egg. like i understand making it longer range, and halfing the duration, but at least let them blow up in teamfights if that's what you were aiming for, they have the lob time already, and then the arm time on top of it.

strategy? teemo is supposed to be a scout, not a teamfighter. teemo shouldn't have a blind though, he should have either a stun or a slow. the rest of his kit im actually ok with, except that his ult has ridiculous synergy with liandrys
