Riot must really hate Skarner

Skarner was quite nice to play as originally in his first form. "We want to make him better" Skarner got nerfed and became quite obsolete, but still playable. "We feel we could have done better with Skarner's kit." Skarner becomes even worse where he is outclassed by every other jungler. "When you think of Juggernaut, you think of Darius, Garen, Mordekaiser, and Skarner. And thus, we are giving Skarner a rock. This will allow him to become stronger in the jungle while Mordekaiser runs rampant with a Dragon ghost, Darius becomes penta king and Garen gives out JUSTICE!"

Actually, they didn't want to make him better at first. They just thought the permaslow on his Q was a toxic mechanic. Which was stupid.

After his second rework, he was actually competitive and was even played in the LCS once or twice. So they nerfed him.

If they want to make Skarner a Juggernaut, they're doing it so very wrong.

He was played in competetive because he was new not because he was strong. And even in his few appearences he got destroyed pretty much everytime. :/
